Dholera Global Investors exists because of a simple observation: Dholera Smart City gets talked about online in two extremes — breathless hype from sellers, and blanket scam warnings from skeptics — and neither extreme is very useful if you're actually trying to make a decision.

We are an independent information and advisory platform focused specifically on helping NRI and overseas investors evaluate Dholera opportunities with the same rigor they'd apply to any other major financial decision. We are not a RERA-registered real estate agent or developer, and we do not own, broker, or take payment for land ourselves.

What we actually do

• Publish research-driven, plain-language guides on Dholera's development, TP zones, and legal considerations for NRIs.
• Connect interested investors with our network of verified real estate partners active in Dholera.
• Help you ask the right due-diligence questions before you commit funds — not push you toward a decision.

What we don't do

• We don't guarantee returns, timelines, or outcomes on any investment.
• We don't take payment directly for land, and we're not a party to any transaction between you and a seller.
• We don't recommend skipping independent legal or financial advice — if anything, we insist on it.
